Escape the Fate Post Song Lyrics to NEW Single Massacre

 Oh, this is a problem
That'll stay with me till I RIP
This is a habit
Drugs weren't made for an addict like me
Close my casket
Send me to my grave
Bury me alive
I don't deserve this
I don't deserve this place

 I've medicated myself again
I feel I'm killing my only friend
I've torn this world asunder
As I am slippin under

I'm seeing double
Everything is breaking away
My heart is pounding
Out my chest And punches my face
So close my casket
Put me in my grave
Bury me alive
I don't deserve this
I don't deserve this place

Yeah, yeah
I'm going insane
Sane, sane, sane

The Autumn Offering – Self-Titled

Eleven years have passed since their formation and to this day not much has changed... except of course what most bands tend to deal with label swaps as well as band changes but when it's all said and done The Autumn Offering have still managed to remain the same. The only newest additions this time around is former Scum of the Earth and Silent Civilian guitarist Jesse Nunn and bassist Carl Bensley whom have added a great abilities and overall skills that have made this version of The Autumn Offering be the best they can be.

As far as this self-titled release goes it has vocalist  Matt McChesney who's been providing vocal attics since "Fear Will Cast No Shadow" (2007) he brings quite a bit of everything when you look at it, the gentle but smooth screams with heighten shrills echoing against the music just makes it all come full circle. This is by far one of The Autumn Offering's heavier efforts showcasing handy dandy riffs with crushing solo work it makes the music that more catchier. Like take "Born Dead", it's the "sneak preview" of what to expect and that is just the glimpse because when it all gets laid out you get thrown with some brutalizing material; "Death Mask', "Bloodlust" and "Among Wolves", these tunes alone are crying out for attention because their names are so intense.

The lyrics revolve around what McChesney has dealt with from his struggling substance abuse down to the road of recovery into what the future may hold within it all aligns in its proper placement when you listen in. So in the long run The Autumn Offering have succeeded yet again and by far have outdone themselves, fans alike will fall head over heels just after the first couple of seconds worth of material.

Knights of the Abyss – The Culling of the Wolves

Knights of the Abyss metalcore trend has been sparked back to life on their latest addition "The Culling of Wolves" whereas their previous efforts 'Shades" possessed that hardcore sensibility that didn't quite settle the band's territory all that well.

While the band has dealt with its issues and problems on and off the band has come into full effect showing major maturity since their last release. This time around they have taken various influences and embedded them against one another having their material be a cross between The Black Dahlia Murder meets All Shall Perish meets Behemoth it’s a vicious cycle of on-going bless. Though the album comprises of 11 tracks these are by far set in stone and produce a solid source of material like take “The House Of Crimson Coin,” “The Swine Of The Holy Order,” and the first single, “Deceiver’s Creed”, these alone showcase the ability that Knights of the Abyss has been lingering to dish out. Now that they have such raw talent and skills this time around is unbelievable on what may happen next.

In support of "The Culling of Wolves" Knights of the Abyss have planned on spending the next year or so out on the road having various tours already lined up one after the other. Bassist Griffin Kolinski goes into saying “We’re death metal and that’s all we’ve ever wanted to be,” adding on that “We’re not trying to associate ourselves with anything but death metal. We want to head out with bigger straight metal acts and we don’t want to back ourselves into a corner. This record is a huge expansion on the band and a natural progression for this band. We’re new and improved Knights. This version is bigger and better and we’re more solid live.”

So are there high stakes at hand here? The material does press forward to becoming even more intense than ever before.

Enemy Logic – Breakdown of the Bicameral Mind

Having been well known as Windfall for several years the band now known as Enemy Logic had taken the step from the hard rock spotlight and stepped into a heavier mix of melodic death metal blended in with some metalcore tempo rhythms. Since their creation in 2008 the band has gone on to release their debut album "Bones As Armour" i August of last year and have returned with their highly anticipated follow-up "Breakdown of the Bicameral Mind".

Encased with melodic hooks with pure aggressive emotion Enemy Logic has built a solid ground for what type of music they have chosen to create. It's clearly demonstrated on the opening tune "The Iron Law", released with a gun effect then followed by a slow but mellow drumming tempo beat with roaring screams and groans, Enemy Logic possess that raw yet brutalizing mortality that has been preserved within. "Heart of Stone", is another brutalizing but raw source of talent Enemy Logic showcases the influences they partake from Arch Enemy's fast pacing guitar riffs right down to Heaven Shall Burn's grunted screams and roars it's surrounded by flawless energy all around.

"Vengeance Served Cold", takes in the softer side of Enemy Logic at the first 20 seconds anyway because this piano organ segment is played and is later drowned out by this overpowering effect brought on by the guitar instrumentals and hard pounding drum attics that keeps the tunes in check, whereas the vocal rants and raves scream out loud pushing the music into every possible direction.

While their style of sound is solid and well rounded off, Enemy Logic has got a long way ahead of them but are in constant reminder as to where all of this success will end up next. Let it be known that fans of Heaven Shall Burn, Arch Enemy, Caliban, The Sorrow, and Soilwork are among the ones ranked within the melodic metalcore category as well as including some modern day Americanized deathcore, hardcore and some good old thrash metal inspiration.

Black Veil Brides Announce Fall Headlining Tour

THE BRIDES ARE BACK IN TOWN
Black Veil Brides announce fall headlining tour

LOS ANGELES – Only a few weeks removed from a headlining run on the Hot Topic Presents: The Sacred Ceremony tour, Hollywood’s standout theatrical rockers, Black Veil Brides, have announced a second consecutive headlining US tour, the “Entertainment or Death” tour, set to kick off this October in Southern California.  William Control and Motionless in White will accompany Black Veil Brides on the month-long trek.  Presale tickets are available now at: http://www.bvbarmy.com/.

To say summer 2010 was an enormous success for Hollywood’s latest rock sensation would be an understatement.  While the country endured record setting temperatures during July and August, Black Veil Brides emerged as one of this summer’s hottest acts, releasing a chart topping debut record, and embarking on a wildly successful headlining tour.  Their debut record, We Stitch These Wounds, sold nearly 11,000 copies in its first week, good enough for #36 on the Billboard Top 200 chart, and #1 on the Billboard Independent chart.  Now, Black Veil Brides will ride this summer’s wave of success into the fall on the “Entertainment or Death” tour.

We Stitch These Wounds hit stores on July 20th on Standby Records.  The debut record can be purchased through the Standby webstore at: http://www.districtlines.com/Black-Veil-Brides, or on iTunesat: http://itunes.apple.com/us/album/we-stitch-these-wounds/id380911797.  In addition, a special deluxe edition of the album is exclusively for sale at Hot Topic stores nationally.  The special packaging features a bonus track as well as an acoustic rendition of the YouTube hit “Knives and Pens”.

Two tracks from We Stitch These Wounds, “Perfect Weapon” and “Never Give In”, are currently streaming on the band’s Myspace page at: http://www.myspace.com/blackveilbrides.  A music video for the song, “Perfect Weapon” can be seen on the band’s official YouTube channel at: http://www.youtube.com/blackveilbridestv.  The video is also available for download on iTunes at: http://itunes.apple.com/us/video/perfect-weapon/id383746142?uo=4.

Delivering songs with lyrics of hope and strength, accompanied by passionate, hook-laden instrumentals, Black Veil Brides took the rock world by the throat with their first single/video, “Knives and Pens” in the summer of 2009.  The video has since been viewed more than 14 million times on YouTube, and can be seen at: http://youtube.com/watch?v=gFDCHdKbKBY.

With a thriving and dedicated following of fans, and a highly trafficked MySpace profile (averaging over 10,000 plays a day, peaking in the 9th spot on MySpace’s Top Music Charts in the ‘Metal’ category), Black Veil Brides stand out as LA’s lone breath of fresh air.
