Guitarist Marti Rubels posted via his Twitter account the following about new coming guitarist Mark Burns,
"Just so everyone knows, our guitarist Mark Burn is going to jail. We will have more information and announcements soon."
So will Mark Burns walk away a free man and continue his trek with Modern Day Escape? Or will the band need to find another member to fill in his shoes? Stay tuned for more details.
