Carnifex - Until I Feel Nothing

San Diego, Californians Carnifex formed in 2005 two years later "Dead in My Arms" was released in 2007 a year later "The Diseased and the Poisoned" came about and saw the band to be signed with Victory Records this was the era in which I discovered these guys and I have not looked back on what they have done. Two years went by and "Hell Chose Me" was released now one year later "Until I Feel Nothing" is amongst us and this is by far their best yet.

"A Grave To Blame", "Dehumanize", "Curse My Name", "Dead But Dreaming", and the title track all get tangled up if you will, expressing an aggressive tone of beat that’s catchy and possessive. Like take the vocals for instance, the high pitched screams are what really make this album “POP”. Whereas the drumming and guitar structure is done well with its extensive amount of blast beats and riff use that never wants to quit.

Carnifex’s style rather returns to the past keeping up to the era that once was lived.
