Motionless In White have given Hot Topic an exclusive look into their brand new video for "Immaculate Misconception" from their album "Creatures". The video is to premiere on November 11, 2011 features cameos from NY Ink star Megan Massacre and legendary Twisted Sister frontman Dee Snider (whose son Cody directed the clip).
