Lucy Light's Gabe Briefly Talks to Us


Up-and-comer's Lucy Light from Orange County, California, have got a debut EP entitled "Equals" finished and ready to be released this holiday season. That said, guitarist Gabe Iraheta discusses the band and EP details briefly.


1. Please tell us about the history of your band and its members.

Gabe: It's a new band.

2. What’s the origin of the band’s name?

Gabe: It's stand for Luifer.

3. Where is the band based out of and what is your music scene like there? Are there any local bands you could recommend?

Gabe: Orange County, California.

4. How would you describe your style?

Gabe: We sound like Motionless In White meets 30 Seconds to Mars.

5. Where are you in the process of your debut EP?

Gabe: It's all said and done.

6. When can we expect your debut EP to be released?

Gabe: December 6th 2016.

7. How about playing shows and touring, have anything planned out?

Gabe: Yes we did play a show, where we actually sold out the Chain Reaction, out in Anaheim, California.

8. What plans do you have for the future as a band?

Gabe: We're going to be bigger than this other act I was a part of called I Am Ghost.

9. Where can we listen to your band and where can we buy your stuff?

Gabe: No where yet, but soon.

10. What is it you’d like a listener to remember the most when hearing your music for the first time?

Gabe: Nothing.
