Seven Blocks is a Finnish rock band from Tampere and they have just released a new single and music video "Ride".
Both tracks on the single represent the new style of Seven Blocks that combines the bands familiar style with a hint of American sound. The single offers first bites of the material that the upcoming full length from Seven Blocks shall offer.
Singer/Songwriter Ville comments the release: "After We got Jere, who We all knew already, to play bass the new material started to compose itself always when We crabbed Our instruments. Whole band had really good wibes to play new music with an old friend. And two of those tunes became this single -release."
Bass player Jere comments: "The studio sessions with this line-up were easy going except the bands traditional *Blades of Steel' -tournament that doesn't leave no on uninjured and wihout tears! The winner of the tournament was Our giutar player Rami "Sumppi" Suominen. We've composed lots of new material and soon We shall go to the studio to start the recordings."
