On March 17th 2018 the Welsh doom lords known as The Drowning will be heading to Belgium to take part in the very first edition of the Haunting The Castle festival. Held in the 17th century Avouerie Castle, in Anthisnes, Haunting The Castle festival will present special performances by seven of the finest dark / doom metal bands.
Alongside The Drowning, this magical event will also feature The Vision Bleak, accompanied by The Shadow Philharmonics, Doomed, Faal, Old Night, Fading Bliss and Urza. For full details, including information on how to order tickets, head to the Facebook event page HERE.
With March 17th also being St. Patrick’s Day, festival goers will have the opportunity to celebrate it in the Castle with bagpipes, percussion, and a range of special beers.
