Metalhead's SHOW YOUR FACE have three albums, a demo and an EP thus far. More music is set to come forth later this year as well. The band talks about themselves and music for sure below.
1. Please tell us about the history of your band and its members.
Show Your Face band was originally formed as a 4 member band, back in 2007. We were young, restless and driven by our passion for music. We have performed in many Live Stages in Greece and abroad. Currently, the band is consisted of Huge (vocals, bass), Kostas Karageorgos (guitar), Achilleas Koutras (guitar). This year we are releasing our 4th album!
2. What’s the origin of the band’s name?
The name Show Your Face is a statement to be yourself and fight for it no matter what. It is our answer to people who pretend to be someone else and are hiding themselves from the reality.
3. Where is the band based out of and what is your music scene like there? Are there any local bands you could recommend?
We live in Central Greece, in a city called Karditsa. There is a strong music influence of different styles: Rock, Metal, Death metal, Black metal etc. Many band live events and projects take place all year long. We are all friends and support each other. Some local bands that we listen to and we would recommend you to listen are : Deathvalves, Calf, Deacidified, Procrastinate, Side Effect, Pompa Funebris.
4. How would you describe your style?
Our style changed over the years, as we evolved. We began as a Thrashcore metal band and, then, we added Progressive elements, in our Groove and Melodic 3rd CD. Our new album will be more Deathcore, but without losing our original style.
5. What have you released so far and what can someone expect from your works?
We have released 3 full albums, 1 Demo and 1 EP so far:

Our 4th album will be available later this year. We are currently in the studio, recording. You can find diversity in our albums with Extreme, Groove and Melodic elements. Just listen to our music and feel it yourselves!
6. Do you have any new music in the works?
No. Next question. Our 4th album will include 8 songs. 7 new songs and our Single “Shot at dawn”, which is already available on YouTube! We are planning to release one more Song before the release of the Album, so STAY TUNED!!!
7. How about playing shows and touring, have anything planned out?
Right now we are recording for our latest album. We are also looking for for a new drummer, and so at the moment live shows are not our priority. However, we are keen to return on stage again as soon as possible!
8. What plans do you have for the future as a band?
We take it step by step, because this pandemic is giving a hard time to all of us. We are not discouraged and soon we want to come back with more Live Shows!
