Servan was formed in 2017 at Trento, Italy by Enrico Lunelli (Vocals), Francesco Pinter (Guitar), Mattia Faccioli (Bass), Onur Ucak (Guitar) and Andrea Sadler (Drums). The band's music merges north-Italian and European folklore with a modern melodic death metal sound, with the addition of full symphonic arrangements and medieval instruments. They're deeply influenced by bands like Finntroll, Eluveitie, Equilibrium, but also Avatar, Children of Bodom, Fleshgod Apocalypse, Kataklysm and Ex Deo.
