American Death Metal band Helpless Agony released their debut album "Universal Deterioration". The release was recorded, mixed and mastered by Don Belch at "Preylude Studios" in New Oxford, PA.

Helpless Agony was formed in 2024 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania by Ron Sowal (Vocals, Guitars). Soon after Ethan Migala and Cliff Sawdy joined the band to play live shows together, but after some time they left the band leaving Ron the only member of the band.
